European Master Class & Summit

The European Board Master Class & Summit will be a regular summit taking place each year in May and October in Spain, on the Island of Mallorca. The location is easily reachable with direct flights from most countries in Europe and a location to spend a perspective and future oriented quality time.
Our first summit was planned in May 2020 with 45 participants on the guest list, but due to the Corona Pandemic we cancelled it. We are currently planning 2024’s European Board Master Class & Summit. This event will take place regularly with changing topics correlating to market needs to continuously strengthen the content-driven network and widen board perspectives.
Concept & Programme
Our goal is that all participants can attend every summit, since the agenda changes from summit to summit, to connect, learn with and from each other, and discuss international developments and business actions.
The programme includes impulse speeches, panel discussions, and business case scenarios which will give the participants the ideal platform to exchange ideas and discuss current topics.
There are no designated speakers. All participants can be part of the faculty and share their views and experiences in a business case, a speech, or a panel round. We believe, that this thrives a real peer2peer hub.
Participants are non-executive directors, chairs, CXOs, and industry associations, coming from several European countries, who are part of this community and who will contribute valuable content.
The European Board Master Class Summit is always open to further engagement and content partners to create the best possible take away and board excellence perspectives.
